For a minute there, I thought the California State Bar application for determination of moral character was asking me whether I have “ever been adjudged an incompetent or a conservative”.  (It said “conservatee").

That question’s only on the Texas bar (well, and Alabama, Mississippi, Geo...you get the picture).

You’ve got the joke backwards, SF.  They are asking because it would be a disqualifying factor.

I know that comic boy.  But I didn’t think I needed to explain that they flip flop it for “those” states ... I’ve certainly seen you pros make much more tenuous connections all the time.
