Talking Points Memo points out that when the Republicans say that Bush has been the victim of 527 abuse, what they mean is that true, but damaging, things have been said in ads.  It reminds me of the old evidence joke:  “Objection, your honor, that evidence should be excluded as it is highly prejudicial to my client.” Pretty much encapsulates the way the Bush team works.

Anyway, one of the things the Republicans claim these “shadowy groups” said is that “President Bush poisoned pregnant women.” Now, as TPM points out, nobody said that.  However, I did say he was poisoning babies.  Is Rick’s a “shadowy group”?

Absolutely.  Now we just need funding (after all, I could use a camera and some other toys).
