Chelsea Peretti, the sister of one of my Oscar party hosts, posted pics from the party, with comments. I am the hulking figure in shadows in the bottom-left hand corner of pic 2 and one of the knees in jeans in pic 3. Apparently I am too ugly to blog. I had a good time anyway. Zinester had the misfortune of sitting next to me the whole night, so her failure to score a pic with her bloggable face should be deemed “collateral damage.” (UPDATE: Andrea posted her Party pics. Pic 5 cuts me in half as I make my terrible bets. Zinester is shown following the Surowiecki model and taking it to the bank.)
Also in attendance, Todd Barry and Michael Showalter. One might think that the increase in famous people at parties I attend is a result of my switch to comedy, but one would be wrong. It is a result of Zinester’s far more hip social network.
