BTW, if you’re ever in the Bay Area, I’ll happily show you around some of my favorite card clubs (assuming that you’re not already familiar with them).  I mostly play 1-1-2 or 1-2-2 no limit but there’s a game for every taste and speed around here.

As for me, three-blind NL games are a bad bargain. I’d have to really loosen up to benefit from the structure, but I don’t play very well when I loosen up.

I can’t say if I play well or not.  Just that I’ve gotten killed my last 2 times out ... but maybe that’s just poker (I mean, how often can my king-high flush get beat by 4 of a kind on the river?  Quite often, apparently).
